VS-BLR-401 (Sludge Conditioner)

VS-BLR-401 is a low molecular weight polymer. It modifies the crystalline structure of Ca, Mg salts and keeps them disperse form, gradually they are blown off in blow down. It is also known as sludge conditioner.

VS-BLR-402 (Oxygen Scavenger)

VS BLR-402 is catalyst sulfite which scavenges oxygen to a level of 0.00005 ppm with 30 seconds. It prevents flashing of oxygen in Boiler Drum. Thereby preventing pitting type of corrosion in boiler. Prevent silica formation on Turbine blades

• Catalyzed product has to be dose less as compared to non-catalyzed. Therefore the TDS remains under control.
• Scavenges oxygen very fast, prevents the damages to boiler drum.
• Prevent pitting type of corrosion in boiler.
• Precipitates silica in Boiler drum. Maintain Turbine efficiency.

VS-BLR-403

VS-BLR-403 is Solvent based product used for high pressure Boiler to scavenge oxygen from the system, thus preventing oxidation, which results in corrosion control.

• This product does not contribute to TDS.
• This product is volatile in nature, therefore it get distributed all over the system very fast.
• It forms a film on the metal surfaces thus prevent oxidation and prevents corrosion in the system.
• Presence of catalyst increases the scavenging process.
• It does not contribute to TDS even at high temperature & pressure.

VS-BLR-404

VS BLR-404 is catalyst sulfite blended with Phosphate, which scavenges oxygen to a level of 0.00005 ppm with 30 seconds. It also removes the existing scale from the boiler gradually; it prevents flashing of oxygen in Boiler Drum. Thereby preventing pitting type of corrosion in boiler.

VS-BLR-405

VS BLR-405 is blend of Phosphates. It acts like antiscalant reacts with Ca & Mg hardness and sequesters them and make it no sticky, it control Scale & Corrosion by forming  a magnetite layers on the metal surface. It creates a pH buffer to reduce corrosion potential

• It sequester Ca & Mg hardness and make the salts non sticky.

VS-BLR-406 (Amine Treatment)

VS-BLR-406 is Amine based Corrosion inhibitor for return line condensate

VS-BLR-409

VS- BLR- 409 is a multifunctional Coal additive specially formulated to be highly effective in mitigating problems attributed to furnace slagging and heat transfer surface fouling in coal fired utility and industrial boilers. Our method is adding VS-BLR-409 directly on the coal belt (pre-combustion) or directly into the combustion chamber to produce chemical reactions to oxidize, neutralize and convert residues from combustion which would otherwise increase fouling, corrosion and air pollution.

Reducing fouling, slagging and corrosion will increase the thermal efficiency of the boiler or the furnace, and as a result will reduce fuel consumption, save energy, and reduce pollution.
