  • VS-DES-4000

    VS-DES-4000 is organic descalant white powder very safe to handle, this product is also known as safe acid. It does not have any reaction with MS, Copper, Aluminum, rubber or graphite. It has only reaction with Salt formation (Scale).

    Application:
    This product can be directly used to descale any type of system. The dosing of chemical will depend on the temperature of the system. If the temperature is more than 60 oc the chemical requirement will be 2 to 5%
    In case the descaling is done at room temperature than the chemical requirement will be 10%. The descaling with this product does not require any passivation of the system because it is self-destroying. Descaling with this powder save your equipment from damage.

  • VS-DES-4500

    VS-DES-4500 is a blend of organic and inorganic acids along with corrosion inhibitors Dispersant & emulsifiers; VS-DES-4500 does not have any reaction with MS, Copper, Aluminum, rubber or graphite. It has only reaction with Salt formation (Scale).

    Application:

    • This product can be directly used to descale any type of cooling system. 
    • VS-DES-4500 is dosed directly in the cooling water tank on PPM level (50 PPM to 250 PPM). There is no change in the pH of circulating water. By this cleaning process there no damage to the system.
    • The chemical dosing will vary depending on the scale formation (deposit) in the cooling
    • VS-DES-4500 will take care of all types of Scales (Calcium, Magnesium & Silica) a very strong corrosion inhibitor will take care of all the metal in the cooling system.

  • VS-FIN-KLEANER

    VS-FIN-KLEANER is Phosphate base, which does not any on effect the Aluminum alloy fins. It removes the oxidation from the fins there by increasing the heat transfer area, without damaging the fins.

    Application:
    The AHU /fins are sprayed with water initially to wet them after this VS-FIN-KLEANER is diluted with water depending on the accumulation on the coils normally 4 to 5 parts of water, with the help of a pump is sprayed on the coil after about 30 minutes the coils are washed with water, The pink colour will change to yellow this is a indication that the product is exhausted.

    Cleaning Air Cooler of Power Generators:
    Blank the connection of air cooler of power generator, fill the air cooler with diluted VS-FIN-CLEANER, 4 to 5 time with water after about 30 minutes when the pink colour becomes yellow drain the solution and flush with fresh water and take into service.

    VS THERMO CLEANER is a process to clean the thermic fluid system (Carbon & Sludge).
