• VS-CLT-9 For High Hardness & Silica

  VS CLT-9 is formulation of Azole & low molecular weight polymer based of best. It controls scale & corrosion on yellow metal in a system within 4 to 6 hours. This product disperses Silica up to 250 PPM, thereby prevent Silica hard scale formation on metal surface.

• VS-CLT-10 For Soft Water

  VS CLT-10 is formulation of Phosphate & low molecular weight polymer based; this is one of best product for soft and DM Water. It controls corrosion in a system within 4 to 6 hours. This product forms a Zinc Phosphate film on the metal surface. The zinc phosphate does effect the heat transfer, these product is manufactured from food grade chemical.

• VS-CLT-30 Polymer Treatment for Hard Water

  VS CLT-30 is Polymer based blended with cathodic corrosion inhibitor. The Polymer make the Ca & Mg salts non-sticky by modifying the crystalline structure of salts, hence they remain free flowing in the system gradually these salts are blown off in the blow down. These polymers are effective over a wide pH range 7 to 9.5 pH. However for best results it is recommended the system should be operated between 7 to 8.5 pH. It controls corrosion very effectively to less than 3 MPY on MS.

  VS CLT-60 is based on Polymer with nitrite as corrosion inhibitor, this product is dosed in Radiator cooling system prevent scale & corrosion.

• VS-CLT-220 Chlorine Granules

  VS-CLT-220 is chlorine based granules, which is in stable form Chlorine content is about 90%. Non Toxic(Japan).

  • Releases chlorine on contact with water.
  • The chlorine gas release is very gradual it takes about 24 hours for complete release of gas.
  • There is no special dosing arrangement required.
  • Self-life is over one year.
  • Since the doses are very low lot of saving labour & space.
  • Chlorine granules guarantee the chlorine content.
  • Chlorine granules are cheaper as compared to bleaching powder or sodium hypo chlorites.

  Application:
  The products is dosed directly in case of a swimming poll In case of drinking water the chorine granules are directly dosed in the Main chemical tank from this main tank then the chlorine solution is dosed gradually in the water stream. The dosing is about 50 gms for 50 M3

  

• VS-CLT-230 Bromine Granules

  VS-CLT-230 is chlorine based granules, which is in stable form Available Bromine64.73% available Chlorine 28.72%. Non Toxic(USA).

  • The Bromine/chlorine gas release is very gradual it takes about 24 hours for complete release of gas.
  • There is no special dosing arrangement required.

  • Bromine/Chlorine granules guarantee the Bromine/ chlorine content.
  • Bromine/Chlorine granules are cheaper as compared to bleaching powder or sodium hypo chlorites.

  Application:
  The products is dosed directly in case of a swimming poll In case of drinking water the Bromine/chorine granules are directly dosed in the Main chemical tank from this main tank then the chlorine solution is dosed gradually in the water stream.

  The dosing is about 20 gms tablet in 500 liter water.

  VS CLT-240  is also known as Biodispersant, very effective over a wide pH range keeps the cooling system free from Algae, Slime & Microbiological fouling at a very low dose.

  • This product is widely used in cooling tower to control Algae, Slime & Microbiological growth in the system.
  • It gives a bacterial control at a very low dose.
  • Environmentally safe, it can be drained easily without any pollution Hazard.

• VS-CLT-270 Bromine Based

  VS-CLT-270 is a product based on Bromine  nontoxic and environmentally safe, Effective over a wide range of pH, control microbiological fouling effectively at a very low dose.

  This is widely used for controlling Algae, Slime & Microbiological fouling in open cooling system, this product nontoxic in nature and environmentally safe. This product can be dosed along with scale & corrosion inhibitor without any problem.
